Payments

We currently accept credit card payments through Paypal.

Shipping

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. All domestic orders are shipped via United States Priority Mail within 48 hours of receiving payment with tracking numbers. We personally wrap each package carefully to ensure it gets to you safely.

Combined shipping is free of charge for within USA

Product Availability*

Due to the high demand of our products, sometimes even after payment, the item(s) you purchased may not be in stock. In such case, we will attempt to ship the item as soon as it becomes available (in some cases can take up to 14 days for back ordered items to be restocked. Additionally, the value of the amount not available will be refunded through the same form the payment was received.

Return Policy

All sales are Final. No returns. Only exchanges will be allowed for the same item in a different size, on goods sent back within 10 days of receipt. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know and we we will work with you to ensure a positive shopping experience. We do encourage you to ask any questions you may have before purchasing.

Listed prices on Runwaydreamz are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, in the unlikely event of an incorrectly priced item, Runwaydreamz has the right to decline the sale of the item at the inaccurate value.

After placing an order you will receive an email receipt confirming the details of your purchase. This email receipt does not comprise a contract. Orders may be cancelled at any time due to an inability to authorize a payment, insufficient stock, suspicion of fraudulent intent or any other reason deemed appropriate by Runwaydreamz.
